Do we have any web design guys here?
I have been asked to create a form consisting of 12 multiple choice questions where each answer will have a score attached to it. I need the form to keep a running total so that at the end it gives a final score and points to a related score answer. EG your score was 55-60 range this means blah blah blah.
Does anyone have a tip or a pointer on where to find this or if can even be done?
